Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We believe in creating unique, eye-catching designs at low costs for local businesses and groups.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Gadgets, gadgets and more gadgets. We use Mac's for print and graphic design, an Intuous 4 touch pad for drawing, a Canon EOS SLR for photography and filming and have a host of laptops for testing and web design.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth is our best advertising tool.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: DJBCreative has a portal system to keep our clients up-to-date with how their design is progressing. Our clients can make changes to the specification directly from our portal, so we can deliver to the exact requirements.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The web design industry is extremely fast-moving. Websites are becoming more beautiful from the introduction of CSS3 and HTML5. Search engines are now targeting results by geo-location, so even as a small business, you can reach the top of Google in your area. We expect the need for good, valid design and strong optimisation to continue.

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Content is king. Unique, well written content will get you noticed by Google, and by extension, your potential clients.
