Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: The philosophy at DizRat is to make the life of our clients as easy as possible, why pay someone to design you a website and then do the hard work yourself! At DizRat we do everything we can to make the experience easy, stress free and quick. Again why wait a month or even a couple of weeks for a website when you can have one from DizRat live within 24 hours! We are that helpful we have even organised the delivery of a washing machine to a clients business (hair dressers) just to make their life easier!

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our offices are designed with a modern feel, fully air conditioned with separate rooms for our web team, sign writing team and clothing print team, we also have customised built premises for our print stations. We over look the main road in Pattenden Lane, Marden with a great view of the area and always know when the Kent Air Ambulance takes off and lands!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Anyone involved at DizRat works hard together to achieve our ultimate goal which is to keep our customers happy. That's why at DizRat there are never any miserable faces, just smiling people who are always here to offer advice and a nice hot or cold drink!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We believe at DizRat we are different because we honestly care, and we in no way, shape or form want to "rip" anyone off. We love what we do, and want to help everyone and anyone be able to have a website. That's why we offer highly discounted (if not free) websites to local charity's.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business is word of mouth - my favourite way, or through Google searches.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Each project is bespoke, we do exactly what suits our clients needs.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Pain and Simple - TRUST.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We smile at them, re-assure them we know what we are doing, make them a few cups of tea, and then smile some more!

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Phone them up, and see who actually cares about what you are asking for, not someone that goes straight in for the money side of the conversation, find someone who gets excited about your project.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Doing exactly what we do now - provide a fantastic, quick website design and SEO service.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I think people will start to realise that designing their own sites is not the way forward.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: the name was chosen about 5 years before the company was formed, so in the mid 90's. It is a mixture of my childhood nickname "Ratch" and my best friends nickname "Dizzy" put them together and bang - DizRat.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Think about what you actually want the website to do, and to achieve, and make sure whoever designs your site understands you!
