Q: What's your name and position in the company?
A: Jon Dunnington - Creative Director
Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: Creative, Professional, Effective, New, Friendly
Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We aim to provide our clients with the outstanding quality of a professional design agency at the low prices of a printer. Giving great results at the best possible prices around.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office has a very characterful and relaxed environment allowing our staff to feel comfortable which is proven to provide the best results for our clients as it boosts confidence and productivity.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team act as a group of friends who have combined their great individual talents to bring our clients the best possible results. Each of our team enjoy what they do and that is why they do it so well.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Unlike most web design companies, we provide a very personal service to our clients and we specialise in start-up companies as we have recently gone through this ourselves, so we have a clear understanding of what our clients are going through allowing us to cater for their needs.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Majority of our business comes through word of mouth, which is undoubtedly the most effective way. We tend not to advertise and focus our time and efforts on our clients, hopefully leading to more word of mouth once they are satisfied.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have no set way to manage our projects, we create a bespoke service for every client depending on their individual needs. If a client prefers more face-to-face meetings, then that is exactly what they get, if a client prefers us to take more control leaving them to focus more on other aspects of their company, then consider it done.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: We believe that personal service is the most crucial element and it is what we have worked with from day 1, it has not let us down yet as we have great relationships with each and every one of our clients.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: As mentioned above, we focus on each clients individual needs, so no client is demanding as there demands would be made clear at the beginning allowing us to cater for everything.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: It would totally depend on the type of service they would require. Web design can be broken down into so many categories, if they were after a very specific site that another company was more suited to, then that would be my suggestion.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We currently have our 5-year plan which is going very well but 10 years is a long time, we hope to have branched out to another location by then.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The web design industry will continue to expand for many, many years as technology continues to grow...
Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac
Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We wanted to portray our laid-back and friendly vibe in our name, and being a digital Agency we used the word 'hi' (hello) with 'digital'... hi
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: I would say to make sure it is regularly updated to a high standard, never let your website start to gather dust (so to speak). Websites are now one of the first things that potential clients and customers look at, your website may be the first impression they get!
