Q: What's your name and position in the company?
A: Jordan Trainor. I am a web developer.

Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: modern, creative, simple, innovative, effective

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We believe in honesty with clients and we're very much against the rouge-builders of the web design community. We love clean code and good design and always use the latest in standardised web technologies.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: No office here. Working from home or on location.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Always evolving ideas and methods all the time to suit the changes in a fast moving industry.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Usually hired through word of mouth or will complete work for other web design firms. Just recently started with direct clients along with work being done for other companies.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Receive a brief from a client. The client will then fill out a questionnaire and a specifications detail is created. From this the development of the site can be started.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication and good organisation. Without these, there is no relationship.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Listen to what they want, then fulfil their needs. If something can't be done within a time frame they desire, then honesty comes in to play and you need to explain why its not possible. No false promises should be made.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Always backup what is explained with articles and reviews they can read online about the methods and technologies that is used.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: The web is still in its infancy, so its still has a long way to go. Who know what will happen...

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It will get easier for people to create for the web, but will be just as difficult to stay on top of the new technologies. Easy is out of date and always will be.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Have to admit, was on a web search for good names. It is a web design company after all, so a good name is important to have.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Review your content and make sure thats good before you see a web designer. When the content is great, the web developer has something to work with.
