A: Bespoke quality design and development

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We do not outsource.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Lovely office in Clifton on the ground floor about a minute walk from the triangle at the top of Park Street. Lots of light fills a room with multiple huge monitors for maximum design real estate.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We are a small team who work with the client directly. We do the work ourselves and the person you speak to will be the person doing the work.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We don't outsource. You can have pretty much anything you like. We always say if we can image it, then its buildable. We just need to figure out how to aproach it.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth. repeat business.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust, understanding what is required and the technical experience and intelligence to deliver a solution that works.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Choose a company that has experience in the industry and with people or a person that you feel you can trust. Decide whether you want to pay for an agency who will manage your project and hire developers and designers, or if you want to take on some of that responsibility and deal with the designer/developer directly.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: In 1999 everything seemed like it was was turning from analogue to digital. As websites were starting to emerge as very visual presentations we chose to combine the two words.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Don't just ask for a price. There are so many variables that go into pricing, if you just ask for quotes they will differ wildly. Set a rough idea of your budget, then meet a few companies to see what they can deliver. You will get better value from a smaller less corporate company that can be realistic with your budget rather than trying to fit you in a 'pricing plan'.
