A: We treat every customer like they are our only customer.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We encourage our staff to work from home and the office, to cater for their life outside of work, we try and model ourselves on the google approach to the workplace

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team work as one, all staff are there for each other, projects are completed drawing on the knowledge and experience of all members of our growing staff

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are extremely nimble and reactive to the market changes. The internet is so fast paced it's vital that an agency can change at the drop of a hat. Digital Cherry can do this.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business is from referrals from existing clients, not only are our customers happy with the work we do and the ongoing relationships we have with them, we also reward our clients for our referrals.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Constant contact throughout the process, all clients have a face to face visit initially to decide project then this is passed to a BDM who manages the build process ensuring customers know exactly who to speak to if they need to.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Contact.. Communication...Delivery...Results

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Our motto is every customer is our only customer a demanding client is still a client and we will be happy to cater for their needs.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Every customer wants a personal approach, look at websites they have previously built and testimonials from existing customers, even call some of their clients if they have time

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We want to become the Uk's market leader for Web Design, with careful investment in staff and strategic growth we will pursue in realising the aim of being the best digital agency.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The internet space is going to continue to expand at a phenomenal rate, we are not even scratching the surface. But my one prediction would be more video based websites.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Quite simple, it's named after me ;-)

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Keep it simple, listen to your designers they should know what works and keep an eye on what google want to see on your website, they are the power!
