Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: Modern, Fresh, Processional, Friendly, Skilled

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We are passionate about design, when spend countless hours researching new techniques and design styles to ensure our clients stand out from the crowd. We are friendly, young and enthusiastic; and strive to give our clients exactly what they want. Our websites must be perfect before they're signed off and delivered.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Cool and modern. Sometimes messy, sometimes tidy.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team have all been close friends for many years, it was one of the reasons we started the business. We all had something different to offer the company, but we're all very approachable and try not to take our selves to seriously. A stress free office is important!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We try hard to understand what our clients wants, but we're also very forth coming with ideas. If the client has got concise ideas about what they require then we will listen, if the client isn't to sure then we'll provide ideas. We believe that we offer a very high standard of design for the prices that we charge, due to the high volume of work we receive via word of mouth it enables us to keep our prices low.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business comes via word of mouth. It's nice that our clients think to recommend us on.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We each manage our own projects from start to finish, so the client does have to speak to a million different people!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: I believe that although the work that is produced must be of the highest professional quality, it doesn't hurt to try and build a light heart friendly client relationship. We're not really in to using big words and wearing suits, we much prefer an easy going laid back meeting/office environment, the best ideas are always achieved that way.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Work more and sleep less. We love what we do, so we're happy to put the late night hours in!

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Check your potential web design companies portfolio, this is one of the main factors, if they have a portfolio that maybe doesn't meet the standards that you were looking for then they aren't for you. Pricing is always another factor, you can pay £15K for a website that might not be any better then one that you could have got for £500. How approachable are they, did they have time to talk to you? If not you'll struggle to communicate your requirements!

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Always a tough question.... If we were still design and building website for clients and paying the bills at the same time we'd be happy. Alternatively if we employed 100 designers and developers that would be just as cool as well.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Hmm, with the rate it developing at the moment i would imagine all website would be built in 3D with god knows what dancing around on your screen to try and get your attention!

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Over a few beers at the pub i believe?!

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Care about and put effort in to the content that goes on to your site, if you can't be bothered with your site, then chances are the people that are browsing won't either. Make sure you've got a site you want to shout about, not a site you want to hide away from people.
