A: Treat every customer as an individual, listen to their needs and offer appropriate solutions to their online marketing problems.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We work in a close knit office space that enables us to collaborate effectively on projects. Our office is a fun, creative environment for our staff which helps them to grow as employees.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team consists of specialists in their field and our highly cohesive staff work excellently together in order to produce well rounded websites and online marketing solutions.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business comes from client referral we find that our expertise, value for money and professionalism speaks for itself.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Establishing a friendly working relationship with a client is key to maintaining a happy client. We also believe strongly in being truthful, we won\\\'t sell you solutions you don\\\'t need. - Sticking to deadlines is always a good one as well!

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Everyone has to deal with demanding clients from time to time, we listen to their needs and set out clear, managed expectations throughout a project to ensure that the client is satisfied throughout.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Our best advise is to start with their client portfolio, time and time again we see clients come to us having paid through the teeth for an inadequate solution without looking at their agency\\\'s track record.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Still making clients happy by providing them with great digital marketing solutions.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The world of web is changing rapidly, with a high percentage of web users now visiting websites on mobile devices. We can only see this progressing and with the advent of progressive web apps we can expect a much closer relationship between the web and mobile platforms.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We can\\\'t remember how we chose our original business name, however have re-branded into DTF Digital - chosen as a shortened version of Design that fits and to encompass the services we offer and the industry we work in.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: If you own a car, you put petrol in it. The same should be said for your website, it should be seen as a continual project that evolves and develops over time, it should be an integral part of your marketing strategy and act as an extension of your sales force.
