Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our mission is simple. To provide small businesses with an affordable and easy way to self maintain their own quality website.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: It involves awesome music, sandwiches and a lot of hard work and concentration.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Well, 'we' is myself, my girlfriend and outsourced but reliable colleagues. Its chilled but professional.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are small and concentrate on 'one to one' service first before moving on to design concept. We try our best to educate the client to use the CMS to the best of their ability so they may only rely on us when things get complex, reducing their costs!

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth and via natural search thanks to our Wordpress expertise. We tend to attract businesses with a need for Wordpress solutions.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We encourage our clients to ask as many questions as possible before committing to work with us. We then supply a number of design alternatives for choice and then work towards completion as quickly as possible. We also advise during project work of ways to kick start a successful launch utilising social media, SEO best practise and paid search (SEM).

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Quite simply, transparency of service, price and communication. Without the trust that this creates, relationships break down!

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: With patience and respect but also with a view that we are professionals that know our industry. Sometimes what we know is best, is the right thing to do for a business.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Decide whether you prioritise price and haste over quality and customer service. Recognise how important your website is to your business and choose to work with a web designer that becomes a partner rather than a service provider. Few of the larger companies will truely advise on web technologies and marketing on a personal level. Find one that does!

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I would like to think that we would stick to helping smaller businesses find their online presence but perhaps grow our business to become a national choice for new UK startups by employing new experts to continue our service levels.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It's all going towards CMS and social media! Most design companies will have to start concentrating on mobile sites too before long. That's where the page views are and that's where the money is? Our website is mobile responsive!

A: PC

A: My family sitting around a table, chewing on roast beef, debating until we had a winner.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Readers will only stay on your site if you provide what they're after or sell what they're buying so keep it simple, clean and tell them what you want them to do! Calls to action are key!
