Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To produce usable websites with elegant design. Our concepts are functional, helpful and always beneficial to our client. We help you achieve success through good web strategy, design and technology. We firmly believe that quality work can also be cost effective!

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We operate in a very open and friendly atmopshere where everyone's opinion is not appreciated but expected.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Each member of the team is actively involved during each phase of the development process. It makes for a much more joined-up thinking process and enables the smooth transition from design to coding and testing.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We understand the needs of small businesses and we fully appreciate the need for an online presence. Our packages are tailored towards smaller companies that want the same online marketing and/or sales strategies that the big corperations have.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We find that we benefit extremely well from word of mouth thanks to the reputation for high quality work that we have built up with our clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We document and track the progress of each project so that each team member is fully aware of any developments.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: We thrive on frequent feedback and value constructive critique. We firmly believe the clients plays an important role throughout the entire project – it’s their website afterall! By making them part of the actual development process, we find we can deliver even better work.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We carefully listen to their needs and ask them why they are requesting a particular requirement. By understanding the reasoning behind each requirement/demand, we find we are in a better position to rationally and logically discuss each point with the client.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would recommend they speak to past clients of the web design company. This is the most accurate way of obtaining honest and relevant information about a company.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I see the company having a successful track record of helping small companies grow their business into larger and more successful organisations. I can also see the company expanding further across the UK and Ireland to access a larger demographic.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see the web design industry being at the forefront of the Internet. More and more people are accessing the Web and more and more companies are going online - this will drive the need for good, competitive web design to help companies stand out from the crowd.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: We love design and we love chimps. Simple as that.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Actively engage with your designer and provide constant feedback. That way you will ensure you have a website that is exactly what YOU want.
