International Tennis Federation (ITF) - Davis Cup

The Davis Cup is the premier International tennis tournament on the tennis circuit, run annually by the International Tennis Foundation (ITF). New Brand Vision are an enthusiastic team. They were chosen to take a functional design developed by another agency and the outcome has now been in place for 3 years. Their Client Zone portal is a good tool for managing tickets/issues. They are responsive when it comes to Urgent/Priority issues and provide good recommendations on any enhancement considerations. Technically their knowledge is sound and their range of services is broad. We are considering broadening the service areas which NBV currently provide. They are a good medium sized agency.
