A: We don't have fancy job titles, we just love what we do. They say... 'small is the new big'! Yes, we are small but we can make a big difference. We don't employ layers of project managers; you'll be dealing directly with your designer. In a nutshell: creative, effective, small, down-to-eart, mac heads, enjoyable

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Team work is key in this industry. Trust, fun and being able to work together effectively. We're passionate about collaboration. Alongside our core team we’re keen to form trusted partnerships with a small group of creative people from diverse backgrounds: visual artists, developers, wordsmiths, planners and thinkers who share a love for creative design, a desire to make great things and have a strong sense of craftsmanship.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We do not consider ourselves a 'traditional' web design company... we think it is important to be able to help you with everything from establishing your online strategy to designing your website and promoting it. This is why we have formed trusted partnerships with a small group of creative people from diverse backgrounds: visual artists, developers, wordsmiths, planners and thinkers who share a love for creative design, technology, graphic design, storytelling and a desire to make great things - from business cards and printed stationary to copywriting, or digital media. Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Our process supports you through the whole project lifecycle, from the initial idea to developing a sound strategy for the future. We work closely with our clients (every step of the way) to craft your online experience. Our aim is to deliver not just a good end user experience, but a good client experience throughout the project. Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Care + Simplicity. We believe less is more and simplicity is key. Our approach is simple; listen, understand, create. You won't get the geek talk, just plain and simple English. Our workflow of 'structured creativity' reduces bureaucracy and allows us to focus on your needs. We work with you as one team.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Before we start anything that creates, evolves or reshapes your digital footprint, we get to know you; your business, your market, your ideal customer. Once we understand this, we can turn even a 'demanding' brief into a creative story.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: It all comes down to a few decisions really... -does one click with the designer? -ask yourself... can the designer create a look and feel that is appropriate for your audience and consistent with your brand personality; that builds a strong online presence to tell your story? - can you work as 'one team'?

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We very much love what we do, in 10 years time, we'll still be doing what we're passionate about. The online world changes so quickly, new technologies emerge almost on a daily basis along with new ways of marketing your business and new social platforms are created. We love all things creative, from pixel design and website usability, how to create a better experience for your website visitors - to internet marketing and social media - we'll grow with the new ways the online world changes.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Providing a traditional 'good old' web design service won't be enough in the future; the new 'web designer' will need to understand how to create effective, user-friendly websites but also, how to promote websites both online and offline. Just having a pretty website sitting out there in cyberspace is no longer good enough. It's all about connecting the digital dots - that's where the industry needs to head in terms of understanding the online world.

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Creative Gloo - the name reflects our range of creative services, our creative approach and our creative way of thinking. We think it is important to be able to help you with everything from establishing your online strategy to designing your website and promoting it - and this is where the 'glue' (or as we call it 'gloo') ' it all together bit comes in.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: "Design is how it works." Don't just design a website, craft an online experience that evokes feeling, attracts attention and leaves an impression.
