A: We have distinct experts taking care of each area. If you want website design, this is a job for the designer, if you want your website developed, this is a job for the developer, if you want your website optimised, this is a job for our marketer.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth and referrals from our existing customers.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We follow a five step sign off process, which ensures the client signs off the project before moving to the next stage. This ensures there are no nasty suprises and makes sure the project is delivered on time.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Understanding the clients need and delivering fantastic results.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: All clients have the right to demand the best. We ensure all clients know what is expected of us and them at the very start of the project. This prevents any communication breakdown.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: You need to tally up previous experience, the experience and specialism of the individual team members and costs.

A: A long brainstorm session of trying to think of something that captured where we wanted to be.
