The communication was poor from start to finish. The web designer never kept me informed I had to hassle him from day one. He made the whole experience stressful and miserable. Then to top it all off he didn't pay for the images he used on my website resulting in my company being sued by Ghetty images for over £1000. I have tried to contact him about this and he has ignored me do not use this company awful.

Mark at CCS Ltd is not only our web designer he is also our IT support man. A total one stop shop.

Mark receives regular calls from me for assistance and at no time does he use jargon or confusing phrases.

The development of my new site was born out of the need to overhaul the original site. Any delay was down to the time it took me to provide what I wanted the site to say.

Marks support does not end at creation of the site, he has given me access to make ammendments in some areas but he can and will very quickly add new pages for a relatively small cost or small changes to the site at no extra cost.

The web stats that we receive on a monthly basis was something I did not know even existed until Mark took over my site.

In addition Mark has built new PC's and upgraded our Laptop recently.

He also one Friday afternoon in response to an urgent phonecall ran a temporary cable between my hotel and private quarters so that I could extend my home broadband into my business to keep my business on-line.

My business would be at a loss without Marks support.
