We had a good customer base and needed a quick, discreet and effecient upgrade to a website that looked the part and a website that was easy to use. I approached David for a detailed quote. I was given an in depth quote based on what exactly David would be doing. I was quoted a turn around time of 5 weeks largely depedent on us adding the products, pages etc. Throughout the process David remained constantly in touch via phone, skype and email. The work was of a very high standard and the end result was fantastic. I will certainly be going back to David when more work is required for other projects and have recommended him.

David was very helpful right from the start. He answered all questions in detail and did not put us under any pressure. He told us from the start that he wanted us to be 100% happy with the design. We asked for lots of changes during the project which David was more than happy to do. David also integrated our CRM database with the web forms so that a new record is made in our database every time we get a website enquiry. I admit I can be a bit of a nightmare with projects but David was more than patient throughout.
Even after the site went live David has helped with a few other problems that I've had with Google analytics etc
So in summary I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David and makeusawebsite.

A: Offering the customer 100% satisfaction. No website goes live or is signed off until the customer is 100% happy. No limits on the number of changes, and no hidden extras.

A: An office in Cark in Cartmel, Cumbria. Set within the grounds of the historic Holker Hall.

A: Constant communication between staff and team members. Full documentation and change control.

A: No hidden extras, and no pressure to sign off your project.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Our website and word of mouth. Many of our customers are also repeat customers who need additional services such as SEO.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Every single project has a project manager and a single point of contact for the customer. Contact can be by email, telephone or skype. At every stage the customer is given examples of how the finished website will look, so that changes can be requested and made. No templates are used, and every project is 100% bespoke.

A: Communication

A: We always work with customers to understand their exact needs and expectations, ensuring that a customers fully understands our working process before work begins.

A: The portfolio
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We would hope to grow the company, but the focus has to remain on offering the same personal level of service that we currently provide.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Many companies have tried to automate the web design process, such as 1&1, via web-building software. I'm sure that this type of company will continue to offer their services, but we believe that a bespoke website is the only way any company can properly portray their image to their customers and potential customers.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: Our name is all about our customer's needs. "Make Us A Website"!
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Do not launch your website and simply forget about it expecting it to work for itself. Advertise and market your website, and drive traffic to it, and it will be another arm to your business.
