A: To provide businesses with a serious approach to web design. We're sales and marketing professionals with first hand business experience, we can crack a smile but designing effective serious business websites is what matters the most to us.

A: Our office environment is relaxed and friendly. We never give the big sell, we would rather provide good solid constructive advice, and let that demonstrate the benefits of working with Brookstone.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Professional, close and relaxed. We are a creative team, so by putting too many rules and regulations into the office would restrict the creative process. We love good old fashioned brainstorming on the whiteboard; although this may be seen as a little dated, it generates many new ideas and approaches that can be relayed into the modern digital age.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are serious business people! Corporate and non quirky. There is definitely a call for quirky web design businesses, but not in the market we target. We are a serious business partner who aims to get the most out of the internet for your business.

A: Word of mouth and through our web designs.

A: Initial ideas meeting with client, then design a customer accessible site, plus regular meetings.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: To be able to listen to the client ideas and then develop them into something really special.

A: With respect, courtesy and patience. A good web design is critical for the client so it's understandable they want their input to be heard.

A: Ask the web designer how much business experience they have? Anyone can sit at a computer designing websites but very few have first hand business experience and knowledge that can be used to their clients advantage.

A: Still providing first class business websites that meet and beat the latest web standards.

A: The future is an exciting open book, waiting to be written. Who knows where it will go. But Brookstone will be right there at the leading edge.

A: A good solid business name that will generate trust amongst our business clients.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Budget in an SEO package to your site. The design is stage one, the marketing of the site is stage two. Don't budget for one without the other.
