A: Clients are kept informed throughout the whole process via email and phone.

A: Communication. Listening to what the client wants to achieve and keeping them up-to-date with progress (including any problems you are facing).

A: Be frank and open with them about all issues. We are honest with our capabilities and won't promise anything we can't deliver.

A: The website of the web design company is the first impression you'll get of the company. If their own website isn't good, look elsewhere.
