A: Attention to marketing, branding and design. Handbuilt code so we can match exactly what our customers want.

A: Word of mouth and referral

A: With professionalism and with processes!

A: Being open and honest and advising the customer of what we think is the best idea and not being afraid to say so.

A: The same as our undemanding ones.

A: The one they feel they can work with the best - it is still down to people and not technology - if a company can't build and award winning website then they shouldn't be pitching.

A: Too hard to say - we focus on what we are doing now - 10 years is a long time.

A: Contracting a client needs to become more focussed on business applications and how web technologies can help deliver them - something we are already doing.

A: We work with peoples Brands and there was four of us at the start.
