A: Our goal: To be the top web design agency in the UK. To achieve this, we aim to build long term relationships with every client. Hence, our work needs to meet our client's expectations. And of course, we try to over deliver whenever we can.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: The Brainy team operates in a comfortable and organised environment that cultivates productivity and efficiency.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Every member of our Brainy team has a deep passion for websites and the internet. We constantly educate and motivate each other in order to bring the best out of every team member. Communication flows freely amongst employees as we believe this is key to create a synergetic team.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We understand that in order to be the best in the industry, our work has to be top notch and our service has to be 1st class. Therefore we set high standards in all our work, and bend over backwards to meet our clients needs. Another key element for our team to produce work that deliver actual business results is our ability to create a balanced input from multiple disciplines, which are - business & marketing, digital design, and web technology.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals, networking and on-line marketing.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: The initial contact with a new prospect includes gathering as much information about the business, and their requirements of the web project. We then carry out research and list out best practices that apply to the project. A transparent quote and a set of deliverables are clearly outlined in our proposal and presented to the client. Constant communication is maintained throughout the duration of the project. Upon completion, we check that we have met all client requirements. After handover we continue to serve our clients to rectify any unforeseen errors.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: We believe there are 3 main traits that help build a good client relationship: understanding our client's needs, effective communication, and quality work.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We try meet all demands from our clients. In cases where requests are over demanding, we try to reach a fair solution for both parties.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Pick a company that delivers value for money, but this doesn't mean you should pick the cheapest designer. Prices for web design services can vary significantly and the key is to identify the company that can deliver the most value for your budget. A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We thought long and hard and came up with 'Brainy Sites'. The name has great branding potential and reflects our attitude towards our work. The term 'Brainy' doesn't mean that we are smarter than everybody else, it just means that we put it in a lot of thought and effort into our clients projects.
