A: My name is Ryan Hendry, and I'm the owner.

A: Not your normal web designer
Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We believe that websites shouldn't cost thousands of pounds. We think that cost shouldn't be a barrier to a small business, start up or sole trader wishing to get an online home for his or her business
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: It's very homely! We work from our own residential address, but we have a dedicated workstation within our house.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Well, its just me, so interaction is pretty easy!
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We believe we aren't a typical web designer. We also do a lot of charity work, which actually inspired the name.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word-of-mouth, and Social Media is where the vast majority of our business comes from.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We keep it short, simple, and easy to understand
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust is an extremely important part of developing a relationship, but good communication is equally essential.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at what each company is offering, and make sure that they all meet your exact needs. Don't pay for services you will never use.

A: PC
Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I'm on the Autistic Spectrum, and the Blue Puzzle Piece is a well-known symbol of Autism Awareness.
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Make sure there is a clearly defined goal for your website. Is it to generate sales, or is it to provide information?
