A: Our approach is simple. We want your business to be successful and so we will work with you as a creative partner to produce aesthetic, yet usable design to inspire your target audience.

A: Most business comes via recommendation and search engine ranking on Google and Bing for local search phrases

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: There is no second person, you, the client talks directly to the person, that's me, doing the design work

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Understanding the business and a willingness to listen to the clients aims and sometimes fears.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: All clients are to a greater or lesser degree 'demanding'. Listening to their aims for their business helps me meet those demands.

A: I'd like to think it would become more professional and we'd see some of the over-pricing end.
