A: We have a vast range of skills within the company and are proud to have a strong online marketing team. This means that once your brand new website is launched you can also take advantage of our marketing skills to make sure you get found in the busy digital world.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth recommendations make up a significant proportion of our new leads but we also practice what we preach... our online marketing team promote our services via search engine optimisation (SEO) and run successful social media campaigns which generate regular leads for us.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: The typical project cycle usually starts with a client meeting to understand requirements, vision and goals. We offer a dev link so clients can view progress and give us any feedback along the way. Training can be arranged for the cms system if required and we will thoroughly discuss your marketing plan to make sure you get the most out of your website.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication, communication, communication.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We set expectations right from the beginning and communicate very clearly with our clients to get a thorough understanding of their goals to minimise any client issues that could arise. As we are constantly exceeding expectations, we very rarely have to deal with demanding issues arising.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: View case studies and testimonials to get a feeling for the type of work and experiences that other clients have had. Don't base your choice on price, it is often not the best value.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: The company is growing at a steady and manageable rate so we are able to continue accepting new business. In 10 years we aspire to be the most well known agency in Yorkshire and the go-to source for design and marketing.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design is a constantly evolving industry which will nt slow down. Technology is contnuing to wow us every day and I expect that we web design is only going to get more and more important as the internet grows.

A: The name was chosen as a result of marketing practicalities and memorabilia. It is different and carries a huge marketing potential.

A: make sure you market the website effectively so you can be found easily online by your target audience.
