Q: What's your name and position in the company?
A: My name is Luke Foulkes and I am the Managing Director

Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: Passionate, Creative, Friendly, Smart, Pioneering

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Well, across all walks of life, you can't go far wrong with 'treat people how you would like to be treated'. I think in our line of business it is also important to innovate and not immitate, this way your clients will benefit before others!

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: The office is a hive of activity. It is very different from one minute to the next, we may all be busy working away one minute with the music on and the next we may call a meeting to brainstorm an issue while re-fuelling on tea and biscuits.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We like to keep up with monthly client meetings to ensure both parties are kept in the loop. After all we should be seen as an extension to our clients own team so we need to know what's hot and what's not so we can help you interpret that to your online audience.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: At present I would say that 50% comes from friend referrals & personal networking and 50% comes from our own internet marketing activities.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Regular communication and good results has got to be the winning recipe.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Meet each of them face to face and allow them to show you what they can do. Make sure you see the back end of websites not just the pretty front page. Test their knowledge and ask for recent examples of work... Not just the look of the website but the results that the client realised and within what time-frames.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I would like to see us branch out and dominate the Home Counties for all specialist internet marketing and social media campaigns.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The world wide web keeps getting bigger and bigger and more important each day. Good fresh, unique design will never be automated so its just going to get busier and busier.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We started with the strap line... "Making you the target", the rest just fell into place.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Regular news updates inline with a keyword strategy... That's all i'm willing to shout about right now but come in and see us as we have a whole lot more up our sleeves!
