A: Our office is relaxed, we aim to keep it that way so we can think clearly and be as creative as possible.

A: We all have a great working relationship, we all push each other to be as creative and Innovative as possible, which can only be achieved by working with people you trust and know can step up to the challenge.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are providing a very affordable website service with no ties. For Just £299 anyone can have a personally designed website that they can update themselves in minutes. Not one piece of our work from design to development is outsourced to other countries, which we believe is the key to providing a great quality product and service. We are continuously working on new features and upgrades that can benefit all our existing a new clients.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We currently do local advertising and attend networking events.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: At the start we ask our client's to fill in a small form which gives our designer's an idea on what they would like to achieve with their design. Once the form has been submitted, one of our designers will take on the brief and create the design based on the examples given. The client has full contact with the designer at all times, so if he or she feels they need to talk to the designer personally then they can. Once a design has been completed it is then sent to the client for approval, and once approved the website is created and the client can start adding their content. We aim to complete each beuie website in 2-3 weeks.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: No false promises and being honest about the service you offer. We feel it's really important to find out what the client needs first before we offer them a beuie website, we want to make sure that the service they are buying in to will help and support their business.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Right from the start we or open and honest with our clients about our service, which means that the client is fully aware of what we offer and how long it will take for their website to be completed. We find this really helps the relationship and means that demands are not an issue.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: All clients have different needs, and its important that they really think about what they want to achieve and get out of a website. We offer a great platform for businesses to get online, but we can't satisfy everyones needs. So the client giving the company a list of requirements is crucial and if the company can meet those demands and have a good track record with past clients, then thats the people to go with.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We have a lot of ideas up our sleeves, like beuie Mobile which we have just released to all our customers allowing their website to be fully compatible with mobile phones, requiring no extra effort from the customer. I would say our overall aim is to make owning a website something that people get excited about rather than just thinking it's something they "should have" or possibly avoid even considering because they think is it's too difficult or expensive.
