A: All businesses and companies are different, thus we believe all web sites should be different. We aim to provide every client with a website that is affordable and creates their business with a new shop window and road to market.

A: We are a small independent web design company that offers a 1-on-1 personal service, you are not just a name on an order book we aim to make you a friend. Also as we don't work 9-5 we are always on hand to help a client,

A: Recommendation and word of mouth

A: Professionally, efficiently and ensure good communication throughout

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Good communication and customer service. Also we always talk at level our client can understand. No techno babble here.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: No clients are 'demanding'. Every client has the right to get the service they deserve and expect . The end result should be a website that portrays their corporate image.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at their portfolio the proof is in the pudding, are their clients sites easy to find on Google and very important , are they established so they won't vanish overnight. Also beware of marketing agencies who may be using subcontractors. A 1-2-1 relationship with your designer is key.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Probably the same as it is now , independent and offering high quality web sites at an affordable price.
