Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We aim to give the customer the best overall website build to suit their budget, requirements and most importantly we look into the individual company to see what would generate them more leads.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Relaxed and friendly environment with a focus on productivity. We always try to keep a good balance.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We use software to keep track of everyday tasks and make sure we all communicate with each other to know what we are doing and what needs to be done.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our down to earth, transparent and honest approach to all projects is what we have been told by our clients they like. No job is a transaction we like to build lasting relationships with our clients.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Mainly from our own website, search results on Google and recommendations.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Initially we like to see what would work best for the client and then come up with some ideas. Once they are happy we then start to build the site. Our clients are kept up to date at all times and are given realistic deadlines. Once the site is done we provide ongoing support if needed.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Being transparent and creating a good working relationship even after the job is completed.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We are honest upfront about what can and cant be done within their timescale or budget. However we are always available to talk through any questions or queries.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at what you want to achieve, research the company you think best suits you by looking at their other clients. Choose an established company, there are lots of new start up's that don't last very long. Budget prices could mean budget design and build.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Expanding steadily as it is now and to keep helping companies thrive online.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Who knows, it changes by the minute. the ease of use for both users and designers is becoming very exiting. Guess we will have to wait and see.

A: Lots of research, think about your potential clients and what they are looking for.
