A: Friendly and helpful advice, going that extra mile for each customer, creating a relationship that lasts giving the customer confidence in our abilities.
We offer as standard services free of charge that most other companies charge for like Organic SEO throughout the life of the site resulting in 95% of our client sites appearing in the first two pages of Google. Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We like to think of ourselves as part of your business, we like to involve ouselves in your success, we will often do things free of charge just to help pur clients. We deal on a very personal level with everyone, we meet all our clients face to face and are on first name terms with them all. Our basic philospohy is, the answer is yes.... what is the question!
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We are very proud of our standard of work and as such 90% of work is iether Repaeat Customers or Referral
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: After extensive consultation with a client, we create detailed visuals to present and discuss, after approval is given, we create the site to the basic construction and again present the site to client via a private link for approval. At this stage we would expect content from the client or instructions of what content to source for them.
The last stage would be getting the client to signoff the project prior to upload, in the case of complex CMS projects, we present the site for testing and give the client as long as it takes in order for the client to be satisfied.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: The ability to listen, to do what you say you will do and always give the client good old fashioned value for money.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I think every client is demanding and give the same level of attention to everyone, its a simple rule of thimb, dot the I's and cross the T's and usually this results in total customer satisfaction.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I always offer my clients lots of choice, I talk openly and honestly and try very hard to communicate on their level, this usually means I don't have competition.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I prefer to deal on a personal consistent level so see growth as slow and sustained. However our ability to grow in knowledge is boundless by our thirst for innovation and personal pride.

A: The growth over the last two years has been immense and see it continuing to even higher levels as more business's start to recognise the power and potential of the internet and what it can do for their business.
