Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We take the time to interact with the client in order to give us a greater understanding of their background which enables us to recommend a great design that fits with their requirements. This means that there are less design iterations and gets the clients site produced and launched in some very short timescales.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: 99.9% of our business is word of mouth. We are very proud of that fact.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: The client has access to a test site ensuring that any issues are quickly spotted and resolved. Result = short timescales.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: A thorough understanding of the clients business is essential. Without that the design process becomes very slow and results in many iterations. This becomes frustrating for the client because there is a sense that the process is not moving forward.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: During our meetings with the client we define the items that are included in the design process and also define those that are not. This means that, to date, we have not had any issues in this area.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Keep it simple and uncluttered. Information (or even gimmick) overload will send visitors to your competitor.
