A: We are a dynamic, creative group of graphic web designers and digital marketers with a hard-working ethos. We believe in a relaxed and productive atmosphere, which provides the bases of our compassion, respect, and understanding approach with our customers

A: We are a social team, face to face, social media, phone, video calls, whichever is convenient at the time, no different than with our customers.

A: It's a close comparison between search engines and referrals. Our content marketing efforts have also increased our social media conversions.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Constant contact is maintained with the client throughout the project and after, each stage of the process is approved by the client to ensure the project is moving in the right direction.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Ensuring the clients and our own end goal of the project is the same.

A: Compare portfolio's, are the websites in the style you are looking at for yours? are they diverse? Look at their main website, does it represent their brand? Would you be happy with there website as your own? Check how long they have been in business to ensure they are not a fly-by-night company.

A: Expanding and adapting to new technological web interfaces such as VR and AR, while still maintaining a strong foothold in current web production.

A: Through VR and AR, people wanting to touch holograms

A: Creative director and founder is Mark Bate, we specialise in brand communications from websites, leaflets, posters, graphic design etc.... put the two together you get Bate Brand Communications.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Build it with your customer's persona in mind, what would your customer want to see? how would they react to certain elements? Define what the purpose of the website is before you start, is it to inform, generate more leads or eCommerce.
