A: Affordable, professional website design services

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Talk to the clients in layman's terms - Website design and SEO is my business; clients want to know I will take care of their online needs, not have to do it them selves.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Calm and enjoyable.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Well as I mostly work alone, I dont really have an answer for this question.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: I have been in the industry for around 10 years now and still over the job the same now as I did when I made the first website - I have designed many custom CMS's based on the exact needs of my clients which ensures that I have complete control over the system and knowledge of every line of code. I also like to keep in regular contact with clients to ensure the website I have designed for them is working as promised.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: As I have become an expert at localized SEO, I get 99% of business from Google. I also get referrals and redesign work from current clients as and when needed.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I like to get to know exactly what the client expects from their website - I will then design a mock up JPG design and present it to them on my server. I will consult with clients either by telephone or face to face in their offices or at my studio (in Dundee's City Centre) to go over any design changes that need made. While designing the site, I will be using a live environment and sending regular updates to the client - any changes that need made can then be quickly dealt with. Before making the site live, we will go over any final tweaks then register the domain name and make the site live. As I provide all of the services from design to hosting and domain management, there is rarely delays when I design sites. Also once the website is live, I provide ongoing SEO if needed with regular reports and consultations to ensure the SEO is working correctly.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Be totally honest about what you are dong and what to expect from any website designed.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Keep them in the loop at all times and ensure they know exactly what you are doing. Regular phone calls and emails with updates will let a demanding client know you are on top of their project and providing the services promised.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: View the designers previous projects and don't be afraid to ask for recommendations from previous clients (also don't be afraid to ask to contact the website designers clients to ask about the services provided) - and of course the website designer must be realistic about the services they will be providing as per the clients budget.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Still at the forefront of website design in my city. I have been top of the search rankings and have designed over 260 websites and intend to keep up the momentum for the foreseeable future.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see more tools coming in to play that will give the man in the street the ability to make their own websites but SEO and real design will still need real experts like me.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

A: Im barry and I provide website design.. its that simple i suppose.

A: Add more content and do it often!
