Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We understand that great communication has to connect emotionally and visually, our passion is delivering digital content that puts the user at its centre, creating experiences that engage and inspire.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We are based in The Custard Factory in Birmingham. We like the urban atmosphere teamed with the clean and simple lines of the office environment we have created.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We work closely, many of our team are remote but use the office for client meeting and creative sessions. We utilise an online project management system that enables clients and team members to fully interact, delegate tasks and comment on work and work flow together where ever we are in the world.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We understand the dynamics of web design, how the audience will use the final design. Our passion is user centred design, delivering sites that are easy to use and work for both client and user.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We understand the audience of today and tomorrow. Technology has revolutionised the way audiences consume information, we understand this and put digital at the heart of everything we do, after all we are an agency born out of the digital era. A successful digital presence is driven by engaging and informative content. Developing ideas that connect is what we are all about, creating messages that capture the imagination and that are centred around the user. We break the mould of traditional agencies, free from the bureaucratic process that stifles creativity and results. Our holistic approach and expertise bridges the gap between advertising, digital and design.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We believe that as an agency part of our vision is to provide you with not just great creative but also the right environment to achieve it. We constantly put effort into developing online collaboration tools and a stylish, creative working environment. We want you to feel ownership of your project and work closely with us to deliver the right outcomes. Your perspective is vital as it gives us an insight into the customer that might otherwise be missed.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust and engagement are essential, our clients value the feeling of ownership they get from working as part of the process.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We expect our clients to be as demanding on us as we are. We expect satisfaction for all of our clients whatever the budget. We have dedicated project managers who liaise with the client and the development and design teams. The client is involved directly in all major decision making and creative process. They have full visibility of their project at any time.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: They would have to meet whith them and understand how an agency likes to work with their clients, see if the client agency chemistry works and understand how they are to deliver the clients project and what ideas do they have?

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Developing into an exciting award winning web creative environment, where the best in design and marketing come together.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The future of the web industry is incredibly exciting, with the future holding the potential for mind controlled IT, the internet becoming an essential aspect of our every day real lives, combining the online with the offline through our own bodies as the interface.

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Focus on your audience, always look at it from their perspective, don't think about technology, search engines and alike, remember humans use webs sites and if it is easy and relevant they will have a good experience.
