A: A company relies on their customers and their employees to be successful, this is why we spend a lot of time and effort constantly development or customer experience and how we engage with our employees.

A: Very pleasant, peaceful and pro active. Rushing around, having too much work to do and panicking about deadlines are all banned from our office, we all help each other to always meet our deadlines.

A: We all work very closely and offer input into each others work. We use our skills to bounce of each other and to help where we can.

A: We use to be called Mind On Design UK, and a lot of our customers told us how they loved our attention to detail and perfectionist attitude this is where the name Applied Perfection came from.

A: Optimise your User Experience (speed, flow etc...) and test how well your website converts and change it if you are not pleased with the result.
