A: Communication and honesy.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Clients should do their research - look at past work and contact previous clients. If a designer has great references, there should be few surprises for the client. The client should then trust their instincts.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The web design industry is an exciting, fast moving machine, and I look forward to keeping up with the exciting techniques and technologies.
