First class communications! We were kept up to date on all aspects of the web design and build process.
Any input we gave was taken into consideration, discussed and implemented if it was suitable.
Any technical jargon that was discussed was explained in such a way that it was easy to understand.
The final website far exceeded our expectations, we were made to feel like part of the whole process and the whole experience, from beginning to end, was a pleasant, interesting, exciting and enjoyable one.

Andrew at AJF Web Design created a far more usable web solution for our club website. Our old site was good, but we had no way of adding new content by ourselves, which was proving to be a bit of a problem as we constantly have news and events to let our members know about. They created a new website for us built on a blogging platform, made us screen casts on how to use the site, set up our email accounts and showed us how to access, change and update all aspects of the site. If we ever get stuck we can just pick up the phone or drop them an email and we have always had a response almost immediately.
The site features our photos, videos and dates of events, latest news and there is even an option for us to be able to stream live competitions online if we want to!
They built our site in no time at all, I think it was less than 5 days, and the service we were given was excellent. I can not recommend AJF Web Design highly enough, affordable, fast and great communication.

A: We believe in great customer service, supplying web solutions to fit our customer needs.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: I am normally approached by people that have heard of or seen my work.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I try and get as much information as possible from the client at the initial meeting. I ensure that the client is given updates on a regular basis. I believe that keeping the client up to date on what you're doing lets them know that they are the top priority. Even after the client site is completed and the customer is happy, I still keep in touch on a regular basis to make sure things are running how they are meant to.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: I believe that keeping the client up to date on what you're doing lets them know that they are the top priority. There is nothing worse than a customer being kept in the dark.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I don't think there are demanding clients, just clients with specific needs. If you keep clients up to date on what you are doing and give them realistic deadlines then I believe they will be more than happy.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: At the end of the day, a client has to feel comfortable with the person/company they are going to hire. I would advise them to investigate what their needs are and make sure that the company they choose are going to be able to provide the service they need.
