A: Our team is small but passionate and we have a way of working together that is efficient, fun and creative which always brings out the best in each of us. We also consider our clients as part of the team and enjoy having their input, feedback and company.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We have developed unique ways of diagnosing clients' problems, challenges and objectives along side an intuitive set of briefing documents and templates. This helps us to get things right the first time around.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Networking and referrals

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: With one dedicated client contact, lots of communication in between including status reports, phone calls and meetings. We always develop detailed briefs with our clients before we begin any production and have clear milestones along the way. We also allow time for rigorous testing and QC at the completion of a project. Plus a review down the line to ensure we always improve.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication and mutual understanding.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: If any one client is 'demanding' it's only because their reputation is at stake and we need to deliver ~ so that's what we do to win over their trust. Plus communication, communication, communication in what ever shape or form.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: If an agency shows an understanding of their particular problem and wouldn't compromise on quality for any reason, they'll be a good bet.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In larger premises with a strong team of 30 with rich skills in all sorts of media

A: There will possibly be a lot more user-generated content, TV will be on the internet and users will be more demanding wanting real time content quickly especially with better and better broadband performance.

A: Before looking at your website answer these crucial questions:- - What do you want people to do when they arrive on your website? - What do you want them to do when they leave your website? - What is the one message you want them to remember? Do that and you will be sure to get your design, call to action and message right.
