Explaining Best Practices
In the web design & development industry, we like our geeky names, acronyms and other confusing things, despite striving to explain to clients in simple terms what really matters to them. As web designers, we know why we do certain things (we wouldn't be doing our job correctly unless there is a reason behind everything within our websites), but when clients question a decision or ask for an alteration that doesn't make sense to us, it's often difficult to explain why in a manner that clients can understand.

Many people rely on email as a primary form of communication on a daily basis but to often badly though out and implemented emails can cause unforeseen problems, here we try and provide some tips on how to avoid making some common mistakes.

If you are passionate about your business, regardless of whether you sell gadgets, PVC pipes or car parts, you can find something exciting to talk about, if you find it exciting, there is a pretty good chance that other people will also be interested - that's where the money lies.
