A: Alternative & Modern Designers

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To not label every client as the same as the previous, each client we work with starts with a new working relationship. We take the time to know the client we work on behalf of, and understand their business, and solutions they require.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Small but humble converted loft space in a shared business building, beautiful leafy surroundings providing ample creative freedom, with a great atmosphere that helps inspire our design and creations.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: The team consist of dedicated UX Designers and UI Designers.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are not just a web design company we are a collection of creative thinkers, working together to provide the client with a project that goes far beyond their expectations.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: In House Digital marketing.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: All projects are handled over our online project management suite, this provides an effortless solution to project feedback, alterations, proofing and sign off of the final design.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Open and honest.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Clients have the right to be demanding to a certain degree, however we do put terms clearly in place to prevent and abuse, and to create an effortless way of working together.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Not all web design companies are the same, I would ask them to look into each individual company, what they provide in terms of solutions. Ask the company if they actually design everything in house, or use subcontractors. Also take a look at their own website, if it looks impressive then take a look through their case studies and visit their clients sites to determine if the same level of creativity also goes into their clients sites.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Just as we are small and humble, with the dedication to our clients.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The industry will forever change, and we have to keep up to date with all the new technologies. Web design in the future is promising with the introduction of Artificial intelligence in web design the future looks bright.

A: Both PC and Mac
