A: We make it personal for our customers, we ensure that we understand their businesses and what getting the right solution means to them personally. We make it our responsibility to do a good job every time.

A: Our office is a creative, professional place that people want to attend and enjoy working within.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Although we have separate departments that specialise in specific areas we are one team and for each client we select individuals from our staff and assemble a team that work in unison.

A: We feel our experience, the technology we use and the personal approach we make all make us stand out from other digital agencies.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth and recommendations.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have a process that we follow but this is only a guide because all of our clients are individuals and they like to be treated differently. We begin with an initial consultation and this is when we asses the needs of the customer.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Transparency, trust and clarity.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We try to understand all of a clients requirements from the beginning of the project, that way we can establish exactly what needs to be completed and set expectations that are clear to all parties.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would make sure that they are happy to visit you and discuss your requirements and they are also happy for you to visit them so that you can ensure they have the correct infrastructure.

A: We are experiencing rapid growth and we know the key to this continuing is us looking after our customers.

A: We believe service combined with results will continue to be the differentiator as competition grows.

A: We feel it sums us up..... We are "Active" and we don't just build websites. We generate results through "Internet Marketing"

A: The key is in the planning - Make sure you have the right strategy to attack the target market you are focusing on.
