A: 2 man team - very easy to manage and flow the workload.

A: We're small so we run swift and light amongst the elephants.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth and web site

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We take the brief, establish the facts and the ambience then deliver beyond the customer's expectations.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening and delivering.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Delivering results. It's a kind of "shaddap and look" approach.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Check if the prospective suppliers website validates against W3 - if not, you're off to a rocky start from day one. Other than that - talk (phone or meet - not email) with their customers.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In front of the elephants.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: We're not in web R&D here. The web changes every second. We do our best to keep up but the future is in the hands of graduates - and frankly who knows - we are constantly surprised with the daily web news.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: It's our future.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: It should fulfil its purpose - make the phone ring, generate revenue - perhaps it is only there to massage someone's ego - as long as that is all it is supposed to do, that's fine, right?
