The same attention to detail has been applied to everything they have worked on for us whether it be designing logos and newsletters or really helping push our new company out there with the fantastic work they do on S.E.O.

Any queries or amendments we have had to make have been handled promptly and professionally. Communication has been excellent throughout. Can't really ask for more then that.

A: Clients always deal with someone who has a share of the business ensuring a first class service is always provided.

A: Via Google from our own SEO work

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: All projects are managed via a email system and online logging process, each stage is added to the clients profile along with updates and all communication made logged in the clients account.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Been available through out the day until late evening and respond to request and emails within minutes not days.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: The same we manage all out clients, with respect and understanding.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Be sure the company can prove results, especially SEO companies, many will state they can offer SEO as part of the web design service but ask to show their own results, my opinion is if they cant show rankings for their own website how can you trust them with yours.

A: Ensure you know your market, research your competition and be prepared to put in the time and effort it deserves, don't make the biggest mistake of thinking your website will instantly produce results see yourself as a seed in a large forest you need to water that seed to see it grow above the other trees in the forest.
