A: friendly, enthusiaastic, plain-speaking, customer-focused

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Clients want a website to provide results. That may be to bring in enw leads or make sales online. Everything else about a website is secondary - results are everything.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: An office in a fantastic old country house in rural Leicestershire.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: A marketing-led approach - some agencies are artistic and create pretty websites, others are techy and create clever websites. We are marketing-led and create sites that achieve results.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth recommendations

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: With close and regualr communication - whether that is face-to-face, over the phone or via email.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty and openness - if we think something, we will say it, not just say what we think the client wants to hear.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Every client is demanding in a different way. Clients pay money to get what they want - why shouldn't they be demanding?

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Meet them and find out if you get along. Personal communication is vital and so you have to be able to both be able to speak to as well as trust who you are dealing with.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Who knows?! Bringing in a 7 figure profit would be nice!

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Developing specialised applications. I think that we will see a massive reduction in the current number of agencies as the ability to get a free template website makes a lot of what designers do unnecessary.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: A very long process via several other names until finalyl one stuck!

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Always ask what you want anyone looking at the site to do - then see if the site makes it as easy as possible for them to do that.
