Working in partnership with Switch has been a great experience and a particularly smooth process. Required members of the team have always been available when needed and willing to advise and answer questions.

All ideas and requests were explored, listened to and discussed in detail. Because of this the website Switch created matched the brief and requirements perfectly.

Jon, Head of Digital, has been brilliant and very cooperative- I was comfortable sending him copy and a number of amendments throughout the project, all of which were added to the website promptly and efficiently.

The final outcome is brilliant, the brand really fits us as a business and the website is everything we had hoped for and more.

Switch have also been very helpful post-launch and worked quickly to help us with an external issue- I feel that, even now the website is live and the brand has been launched, Switch are at hand to help out with any issues or queries.

Overall, a great experience.

The whole team at Cohesion have been "on board" through the whole process and have shown tremendous enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and evolve.

In particular the smaller project team we worked closely with whilst developing the website were more than capable of holding up their end of the bargain in providing direction when required and content when requested.

Switch are a friendly, understanding and professional company who manage to listen to and understand your needs and come up with relevant and appropriate solutions to your problems.

Their ability to translate technical processes and web jargon into English for me, a person not from a technical background, I found to be a most admirable trait, along with the equally commendable patience of the team for taking the time to ensure I always had what I needed and was confident to use it.

We're really happy with the final design and more importantly the aftercare we received from this very capable team.
