After researching many web designers, we stumbled across Gavin and Katie Fenton - jackpot. Things couldn\'t have been easier for us - they were both helpful, easy to talk to and honest with us. Responses were always fast and the communication was easy - whether it was meetings, e-mails or via the phone, it was always easy. They managed to simplify things, so we could understand, which made the whole process a lot simpler. They gave us flexibility in how involved we wanted to be and ensured things were absolutely perfect for us. They were approachable, willing and eager. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everything was done professionally. It was a smooth process and we couldn\'t be happier with our website. We couldn\'t have asked for a better service, a better website or better people - we couldn\'t fault anything about \'twofentons\'.

What a bit of luck it turned out to be when we found the “twofentons” quite by chance through a Facebook recommendation. The fact that they were a family business and local to us in the highlands made them the obvious choice. Up until a few months ago we had let our cottage through a professional agency for the past five years. Having decided to go it alone we needed our own website but more importantly we needed quality advice on marketing and the use of social media. From our first contact with Katie and Gavin it was obvious that we were dealing with a very professional organisation that, whilst addressing our needs as a client, also managed to provide a personalised service making us totally confident that we were receiving the very best advice and guidance. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble and all our daft questions were dealt with patiently and with understanding. The fact that Katie and Gavin also managed to design and build the website of our dreams only goes to reinforce our unqualified endorsement of this remarkable duo. These guys can make the impossible happen!.

I dealt principally with Katie though an intermediary (a friend) so my involvement in getting the site set up was minimal but she did a great job and has been very helpful with odds and sods afterwards helping me to tweak things myself. What communication there was was quick and precise, help given was easily followed.

Our original community website was out-of-date and very slow. We are pleased that we engaged The2Fentons to completely relaunch the site. Their dedication to detail and exceptional customer service has produced a modern website of which the community can be rightly proud. With over 300 pages this was no mean achievement.

The web sub-group from the Community Centre committee were guided through the technicalities in an understandable way. We were grateful for the many suggestions made during development, which improved both the look and content of the website. The entire project was a good deal easier than any of us had anticipated.

The whole process was a joint effort between listening web design experts and those with local knowledge with regard to content and local politics. An excellent working partnership which shows though in the resultant website.

Gavin and Katie made the whole process easy and pleasant. Not knowing a thing about websites and how they should be laid out, they guided me right through, making suggestions of what I may find useful. Such a change from the web designers who simply take your instruction and do it with no feedback. Leaving you with a website which doesn't work properly because you're not the expert!
If you're looking for a smart, effective website that promotes you to your best, look no further.
Cannot recommend enough.

2Fentons designed and built the website for my new business. They were great to work with and extremely helpful throughout the build process.

Working with Gavin and Katie felt involved in the project. They helped me select a suitable theme for the site, and recommended a graphic designer who produced an excellent logo and style guide for the business.

Throughout the build process, they took advantage of the various features available in the theme and exceeded my expectations whenever I made a request for a change. I was in close contact with Gavin and Katie throughout the build process and really felt part of the process. They guided me through setting up the various accounts for hosting and licenses meaning that everything is in my name, whilst I don't have any plans to go elsewhere, its nice to know that I have the freedom to do so and that they did not try to shackle my site to them.

All in all, the experience was very smooth and efficient and I would recommend 2Fentons to anyone looking to have a site built.

I went to Katie and Gavin as I was failing to be able to use social media effectively, and my website was not working.

They are engaged with the project. If they do not know your business, they make every effort to research properly and widely and present sensible choices. They make a real effort to understand who you are, not just the technical side of how a site works, and what it is you need - and as importantly, what you don't need.

They are always responsive to requests and my author site looks very professional and attractive thanks entirely to them.

The fee structure, both set up and maintenance is I think, very fair. Thoroughly recommended.

Twofentons are a calm pair of hands to guide you through the sometimes confusing process of moving from a little amateur site made at home to a professional business front end.

Extremely quick responses to questions, very simple information and thought provoking questions to ensure that what they think you want from them is really what you want. No fancy terminology, no long words and phrases to justify their fees, just short simple questions and answers to get a clear project brief to deliver against.

The final website is better than we thought possible. They quoted for the work at the same time as 3 other companies. Twofentons were the most competitive by £800 and didn't make wild promises of first page rankings (Though to be fair, that is what we did get).

Yes, we had some unexpected hiccups. However, even late at night on a Sunday, when we had no expectation of support, we sent an email to Gavin and we got an almost instant response. Unbelievable support from a small business. They are genuinely relationship driven people who have a warmth that is nice to find in a business setting.

As customers they provided everything in a timely manner, answered questions that we quick fired at them and we are hoping for a long relationship as this has to be one of our favourite locations to go for a meeting!

We went to TwoFentons as we needed a more effective way to do our SEO. And we got it in bucketloads. Professional, friendly, explains things with no jargon and website traffic has increased, leading to an increase in sales.

We had previously worked with them as sub-contractors to another firm. Going back to them as an independent company was an easy decision to make. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is surpassable and our confidence in them is 100%
