Paul was very easy to talk to and completely took on board all the ideas I had for the site.

I am extremely pleased with my new site and my customers have given very positive feedback.

Paul made the whole process very straight forward for me. I am not confident on a computer but he guided me through each stage of building a website, taking my ideas on board and giving a choice of options at every opportunity. Smart Multimedia were recommended to us by a family member who had dealt with Paul before. The purpose of the website was to give our company an online presence but also ensure that customers could find the site easily when searching on Google, Yahoo & other major search engines either by name of when they used general search terms relating to our business. Pauls understanding of what we were looking for from our first meeting was excellent and he delivered exactly what we wanted without delay. If any changes are required to the site, a quick email and within hours the changes are done. In regards to the optimisation on the search engines, Paul has delivered on this tremendously and the site can be found high on the search engines for all the key phrases that we wanted to be found for. Paul was approached to do a web site for our b&b/activity holiday buisness we were setting up at the farm. His approach and manner was excellent, he was always on time ,smartly dressed and everything that he explained and did was always in an easy to understand manner , especially for us who were pretty new to the website game. The end product we thought was excellent easy to understand and simple to use, just what we wanted.He did all the work pictures, writing and layout ,we were really happy with the rolling pictures of the area on the home page we felt it gives the viewer a real tasteof the area.Right through the whole process he kept us well informed of every thing that was happening ,finished well on time and has made any changes for us without any fuss,ALL for a fraction of the cost some others were quoting.
Summing up I would have no hesitation in recomending him ,Also we have been told by many people who have stayed with us that they thought we had a really good website, easy on the eye and with all revelant info easy to find
