Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We are ambitious people, we want all of our clients websites and businesses to do as well as if it were our own. We want to see your business grow and to know we have helped you achieve your goals.

A: A small office, industrial style furniture and a lot of wood

A: Work very close together, designers and developers talk a lot to ensure our process and optimisation of your website is done properly.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We have a STRONG background in Marketing, E-Commerce and Conversion and Landing Page optimisation. This means we know what works to get your visitors to click through to where you want them, or to buy your product. This is the ultimate goal of your website, there is no use in having a great looking website if it does not work.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth, through other businesses

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We work closely with the client to ensure at every stage they are happy.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: A friendly relationship, we are a professional business, but it is always better to get to know your clients and talk to them like human beings rather than being overly professional. We also keep in contact and always happy to do our clients small favours free of charge.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Decide on what the ultimate goal of your website is - do you want to manage it yourself - who will give you the platform to do that? Do you want to optimise your site to make the most of it - who can do that for you? A lot of people claim to do e-commerce but know little about it, so watch out for anyone who can't talk about the processes involved.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: A leading e-commerce business, potentially with our own in-house platform running high traffic retail websites.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: Screens are built out of Pixels and all our work is on screen. We are our clients Hero by producing them a site which helps thier business

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Optimise it. Imagine you were a customer, are your buttons standing out to you, do you feel enticed to read on and click through to a product? Is it confusing or misleading in any way? People get deterred very quickly if they do not know your brand name.
