Alex joined WDL’s digital marketing team after studying marketing and journalism at university.

Having a sound understanding of all digital routes to market, his talents also extend to photography, video production and copywriting.

Thriving on creating solutions, Arnas is a key member of our web development team.

Support Technician

Ever friendly and highly efficient, Bob is an invaluable member of the WDL team.

By bringing his vast and ever-evolving experience and expertise to this vital role, he provides an indispensable service to our clients by being the first line of defence for all support, update and maintenance tasks.

Often your first port of call if you make an enquiry, Brad will go out of his way to ensure he provides you with the best advice and service possible.

With a background in business administration and account management, Brad knows how to ensure your project gets off to a flying start.

Developer

Dainius is an extremely talented self-taught back end developer.

With 8 years experience, his obvious passion for development is clearly demonstrated by his capacity to quickly learn new languages and technologies, and by his ability to implement these with maximum efficiency.

This impressive skill-set means Dainius is most often found developing a new bespoke website for one of our clients or customising software for a tailor-made business application.

Senior Project Manager

Daniel is our senior project manager and brings a wealth of business knowledge and skills to his role.

Always ready to lend a helping hand, his measured, considered and thoughtful attitude means not much gets past him. This hawk-eyed approach, coupled with extensive cross-sector experience, makes him a great person to act as one of our last defences, by ensuring that nothing but quality work is presented to our clients.

Daniel is always able to quickly grasp the fundamental requirements of each project he manages, and works hard to ensure that all of our clients get the most out of the project process. With a genuine commitment to delivering quality, value for money and customer satisfaction, he will always direct your project towards the best possible outcome.

Managing Director

By setting up WDL, Elliot created a digital agency that would go on to build a solid reputation for delivering quality, value and excellent customer service.

His vast technical knowledge has been gained by working alongside our clients across a diverse range of sectors, including; law, construction, education, health, automotive, and even the music industry. This breadth of experience has given Elliot a deep understanding of what clients are looking for in a digital team; reliability, effectiveness, approachability and value.

With an enviable grasp of what it takes to manage and motivate an ever-growing team, Elliot’s business understanding and patience have allowed him to nurture and develop WDL into one of the most highly regarded digital agencies in the area.

A keen, and often ruthless squash player, he has learnt to take the rough with the smooth (which has likely come from being a West Ham fan rather than being WDL’s managing director).

Finn joined the WDL team as an apprentice, keen to turn his passion for web design into a career.

Always willing to push the boundaries, Finn’s enjoyment of graphic design ensures his work is completed with a fine attention to detail.

His quick-thinking and methodical approach to tasks ensures he can adapt his style of design to suit any client’s needs and goals.

Designer

Friendly, calm and always cheerful, Louise is an excellent communicator and excels at getting straight to the heart of any issues that may arise.

Louise joined the design team at WDL in 2014. With a degree in graphic design and several years experience in delivering design and development projects, her talent for combining an understanding of technology with purposeful design gives her a logical and extremely focused approach to all projects.

When you work with WDL on a project, it may be Louise you speak to regarding any design-related aspects. We are confident in stating that Louise will provide you with a pixel-perfect final product, excellent customer service and most probably a giggle or two.

Senior Developer

Matt has a passion for creating pixel-perfect websites which exceed expectation, both in form and in function.

An accomplished problem solver with 10 years of valuable experience, Matt leads the development team at WDL. His substantial skill-set and expert knowledge with regard to all aspects of production, has been gained from working on development projects for a diverse range of clients across multiple industry sectors.

Matt ensures that all projects that pass through his hands are painstakingly planned and executed – but he doesn’t stop there. When your project is complete, his friendly manner and calm approach make him the perfect person to assist with any training requirements or questions you may have.

Senior Designer

As our lead designer, Richard focuses on producing original and purposeful design across all of the projects he works on.

Whether it’s brand creation, website design, or information architecture, he has a strong aptitude for creating elegant solutions which address the specific business needs of our clients.

This highly strategic approach means that he can always be relied upon to produce clean, well thought-out ideas which drive engagement, encourage communication and increase brand awareness.

Senior Web Consultant

If you’re kicking off a new project with us, it’s very likely that it will be Rob who will be asking all the right questions and leading the discovery process.

Rob is our operations manager and one of the lead web consultants for WDL. His background in design, and his commitment to solving real-world business problems, make him the perfect choice to lead the strategy and planning for your project.

Rob’s considerable knowledge and experience has been attained from working as an information architect and designer on a diverse range of corporate and charity based projects for high-profile brands which include Pepsi, Bupa, Copella and Carbon Trust.

Digital Marketer

Sarah joined WDL’s digital marketing team after completing an apprenticeship in marketing and gaining experience as an assistant marketer.

With a great understanding of all digital platforms, Sarah’s talents extend from Social Media to Content Marketing and everything in between.
