Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We take the time to understand our clients needs. We understand that web design doesn't just mean having a great looking website.
Our expertise in search engine optimisation, copy-writing, design and development allows us to create an all-encompassing website that will not only look great but will also rank well in google.

A: Word of mouth and recurring business is our bread and butter. We often work with the same clients multiple times as websites are growing projects that need expert care.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Each and every project in unique to that client. We're flexible in that we can work to fit in with your current workflow.
A typical project starts with design and development brief that we discuss and fine-tune with our clients. Once contracts are signed and we are both on the same page we create design mockups of the project. Once the design stage has been signed off we then develop the website or application finally either transferring to our own hosting or that of the client.
Once the website is live we then start to work on the search engine optimisation to help drive traffic to the new or re-branded website.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Being open and honest with regular / sometimes daily updates and contact. We always create a test environment where our clients can see the project develop in real-time.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Clients are always demanding, who doesn't want to succeed right? Having a transparent workflow and regular contact with clients alleviates most problems before they start.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: This is a difficult one as most a lot of the 'RED WARNING SIGNS' when it comes to web design can't be easily spotted and are hidden in the code.
Try the designers website on a variety of different mobile devices and see if it still looks great.
