A: Energetic, Fun, Creative, Passionate, Jabu

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To deliver a project fast, on time and effectively. To have fun whilst doing it!

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Fun, chilled and professional. We have our stressful & demanding moments but we're a small team that bounce ideas of each other.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We're a tight knit group. Each of us has something we excel at and we all work on projects together. Nobody works alone.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We don't know how other design companies work so we wouldn't want to compare! We're fair, honest and don't charge clients for calling us or sending us an email. Because we're a small business, when you work with us you'll always deal with one of us.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: A lot is through word of mouth and retuning customers. We recently built a website for a client that returned a few weeks later to say he really liked what we did and that he had another 4 websites he wanted us to work on.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Clients give their design idea, we produce a demo, revise, build, test, client input, revise, train client to use, live!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Cakes. At least that's what our clients keep bringing us! We try to build a relationship with our clients and make sure they're 100% happy with the work before we sign off. We offer support after it's built and try to check in with them in the future to see how they're getting on.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: With the patience of a saint.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Ask yourself what you're after, look at companies portfolios, interview each business you're interested in, ask for a proposal, don't be pressured into anything.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: As long as we continue as we to grow each year as we currently do we'd be happy with that.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Because the web evolves at such a fast rate it's impossible to know where it will go. We just hope that it continues to grow and produce new challenges.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: That's a secret and only given out to clients that ask.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Keep it updated! Keep working on what you've created. Progress. Push forward. Keep calm and update.
