Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To treat our customers like kings/queens, people deal with people and we must never forget that.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Desks, tidy, messy, scribbles, notes, drawings, samples, geeks!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team discuss every project together, we breakdown clients briefs and use this to build a structure for the project, items are assigned and we collaborate constantly both together and with our clients throughout the process.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: There are a lot of good web design and marketing companies in every corner of the UK, we strive to be amongst the best, we have unique offerings to help customers in there early business years and also offer ongoing support, this is not a one of purchase but an ongoing business partnership.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The majority of our client base comes from referrals and recommendations which is nice as it means people like and appreciate what we do and the way that we do it.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We work to our staged process and ensure our clients are fully aware of every step and timescales, communication is the key!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication, silence is deafening!

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Clients are all expectant but not all show it, ultimately if you deliver on your promises then in our experience our clients have always been happy and therefore recommendations and referrals follow.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Compare what's on offer. Speak to people, we actively encourage any potential client to speak with our previous and ongoing customers so they can understand the detail and level of service that we put into each and every relationship. Remember you get what you pay for, cheapest is almost never best.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I'd like to think that we will have expanded but believe that expansion is only worthwhile if the service levels that we currently offer are not affected, I wouldn't compromise the quality for ego.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Their has been a lot of advances in recent years towards the mobile market, this will only grow so mobile friendly responsive website are a must, perhaps OS based analytics providing direct targeting

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: A often asked question seeing as we started out as Web Designers, Our thoughts on this are due to the full circle marketing approach that PR Geeks offer, PR is about brand recognition and awareness and this is no longer a paper/print only industry.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Responsive website design - ensure whoever you use builds your new website using a responsive format, Googles recent changes to mobile search mean there is little place for those sites that don't have a responsive or mobile friendly website.
