Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Happy clients by designing and developing fantastic websites for what the client needs and our consultation which will help their business to grow!

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We all work together to achieve our organisational goals. We make sure that all the team members are able to come up with ideas and their opinions are heard, discussed, analysed. This makes our office environment filled with creative minds which is definitely beneficial to clients.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We have a set-in-stone project process whereby several members of the team collaborate and work together to ensure the end product passes client expectations. No websites are designed without our clients full approval.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our ability to understand commercial goals and return on investment.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals, business social networking and through our website.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have a series of informal meetings that make-up a more formal project proposal. Once pricing and specification has been agreed we begin the design process. At the end of the project we have a quality testing stage to reduce post-launch bugs and glitches. We also discuss site optimisation and marketing to help clients achieve their goals.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust and client enthusiasm. We love building sites and if this is matched by our clients we achieve excellent results.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Having built lots of websites we understand that some projects do occasionally go astray. This can be down to many things but what generally keeps everything on track is a clear understanding of the project specification by both parties.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Choose the company that have done similar projects before.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I would expect us to still be working with our current client base and hopefully hundreds more.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Evolving into something similar to the game industry. Many years ago one developer would build a computer game by working alone. These days 30-40 specialists work on a game but the end-product is much more feature rich than the games of yesteryear.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: It was the most suitable brand name we could think of and it describes exactly what we provide.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Try everything you think will work and invest more in what "sticks".
